Honey and walnuts can recover you from serious health problems.
you might hear a lot about the benefits of honey and walnut, but by combining these two items, you can achieve countless benefits, because both work properly against many diseases .
By combining these two items of food, we get vitamins, minerals, protein, fat and carbohydrates. Take half kg of honey and mix it with half kg of crushed walnuts, and add some lemon juice in the mixture, keep the mixture in a glass jar and eat 1 spoon three times daily.
If you have a high blood pressure problem, eat 100 grams honey and walnut in winter.
If you have headache problem, avoid medicines, and eat one or two tea spoons daily, it will strengthen your memory too.
If you suffer from stomach ulcers take 20 grams of crushed walnuts and pour into boiling water, and screen the mixture, and mix with two spoons honey, and eat two or three spoons half an hour before meal.
